Take Full Pet Responsibility

Pet care is often one person's responsibility, even when you both agreed to get the pet. Taking full responsibility for a period shows you understand the mental load and gives her a real break. It's true partnership.

This isn't about helping with pet care. It's about taking it over completely: feeding, walking, cleaning, vet appointments, everything. She doesn't have to think about it at all.

Handle 100% of:

- Walking/exercise

- Cleaning (litter box, waste, grooming)

- Medication if needed

- Training/exercise

The whole point is:

- She doesn't have to remind you

- She doesn't have to think about it

- You just do it

- You handle it completely

Don't half-do it:

- Feed on time, every time

- Clean thoroughly, not just quickly

- Exercise properly

- Handle everything, not just the easy parts

This isn't a one-time thing:

- Do it every day

- Don't skip days

- Don't ask her to help

- Just handle it
